CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION, DEPOSIT & RESCHEDULING POLICY At Soft Touch Brows, we value your time and appreciate you respecting ours. Please review the following policies before booking your appointment. NON-PMU SERVICES — CARD ON FILE For brow services and other non-Permanent Makeup services, no deposit is required. A valid credit or debit card is required on file to reserve your appointment. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. However, it may be charged according to our late cancellation or no-show policy. PERMANENT MAKEUP — DEPOSIT REQUIRED A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all Permanent Makeup appointments, including Powder Brows, Lip Blush, and Eyeliner Enhancement. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service, with the remaining balance due at your appointment. With at least 24 hours' notice, your deposit may be transferred one time to a rescheduled appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the loss of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to book another PMU appointment. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. For non-PMU services, cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee charged to the card on file. For PMU services, late cancellations or rescheduling will result in the loss of the deposit. LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or canceled if there is not enough time to safely and properly complete the service. If your appointment must be canceled due to late arrival, the applicable cancellation policy will apply. NO-SHOWS Clients who do not arrive for their appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. For non-PMU services, the applicable no-show fee may be charged to the card on file. For Permanent Makeup appointments, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. Thank you for understanding and respecting our policies.
